He wouldst make his way towards the foundry after having gathered the items he wouldst need ta forge the sword that Deme hadst requested. He wouldst lay the items on the table near the furnace of the forge for easy access. Taking the metals he hadst chosen I wouldst place them in the fires of the forge, smelting them down and once smelted he wouldst pour the melted metals inta a mold he hadst carved of the sword that hadst been requested. The mold was naething more than a rectangular thing. He wouldst allow the metals ta cool for a few hours while he gathered the tools he wouldst need. Setting them next ta the materials and digging through the drawers and cabinets he wouldst find the special powder he wouldst forge inta the blade of the sword. This powder wouldst increase the strength of the blade 10 fold. When the metals were cool he wouldst remove them from the blank and place them back inta the fires of the forge, heating them ta white hot. Laying it on the anvil he wouldst start to hammer the metals flat. The ringing blows of the hammer against the metals of the blade and against the anvil, wouldst echo out across the courtyard. The glow from the fires of the forge flickered and danced along the walls and floor. Sparks flew as hammer met steel. Slowly he wouldst start drawing on the powers of the weaves and channeling the energy inta the blade. From time ta time he wouldst place the blade back inta the fires of the forge, heating them once again ta white hot. Pulling it from the fires he wouldst lay it back on the anvil. The metals of the blade wouldst be folded. Nae once but hundreds of times. The powder sprinkled from time to time over the metals of the blade before it wast folded. Each time the blade got too cool ta work with he wouldst place it back in the fires of the forge, heating it back to its white hot state. The metals were folded over and over. Once the blade was done and before it was completely cool he wouldst start ta carve the runes inta the blade near the hilt of the sword and extending up or down the blade depending on the way you looked at it and stopping a quarter of the way ta the tip of the blade. The hilt of the blade and the handle were made from one piece of metal. The hilt carved inta the skull of some dead animal. The pummel of the sword was carved with an intricate design. The runes along both sides of the blade wouldst be left empty allowing Dem eta enchant them, embuing them with whatever spells he didst deem best.
